No Show / Same Day Cancelation
Our clinic reserves appointment times specifically for each patient. Missed appointments and late cancellations prevent us from offering care to other patients on our waiting list and create staffing and operational costs for the practice.
Appointments with Dr. Nesbit PLLC must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Effective immediately, the following fees apply for missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment:
New Patient No Show / Late Cancellation: $200
Established Patient Follow-Up No Show / Late Cancellation: $150
These fees must be paid before future appointments can be scheduled or medication refills can be authorized.
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis for emergencies or circumstances outside the patient’s control.
